They don’t have a lot of other extra discussion — they are laser focused and ‘to the point’. They are very direct in their communication.

They don’t get hung up in the minutiae. They are very decisive and fine with pulling the trigger and make the decision.

Often they need others to help them provide details and data since this is not their strength.

But they are not afraid to make a decision.
