Review of 4 DiSC Personalities: Learn to communicate and interact effectively with Magnovo’s Tips Tuesdays DiSC Series

Last week we started talking about DiSC.We will be discussing personalities over the next 20 weeks. We will cover why we act the way we do, and why others act the way that they do!

I want to give you a quick synopsis of each personality of the DiSC.

First is the D, the Dominant. You know these folks – they are the ones who get things done!

I is for Influencing, they like to influence us. These people love to talk and add energy and enthusiasm to a group. They keep us enjoying what we are doing.

Next are C’s. This stands for Contentious, Compliant, or Correctness — they stand for anything that makes sure the project is put together accurately. No skipping around, things will be done in order and fact-finding. They love details!

S is for everyone’s favorite’s the Steady, they are the fun and nice ones. They are sincere and want everyone to feel that they have contributed and are part of the group.

All of these personalities together make up a very strong team.

We are going to talk about each personality and their corresponding strengths and weaknesses and what they do to make us all better.
