They do so much to be liked by others. They are much more concerned with popularity than tangible results.They want to hear what they are doing right, not what is wrong. They don’t like details or to be marred down in the minutia. They like to talk more than they want to listen. They tend to over use hand gestures and facial expressions.

Expressing emotions can come to be part of a weakness. Sometimes they tend to overstep their persuasiveness by using emotion.
