Carroll Management Group, Helping Families in Many Different Ways

Carroll Management Group manages investments so families can prosper. But one day this past August, they were all about helping families in a completely different way – through giving back.

We helped a fun team from Carroll Management Group build teamwork skills as they worked to create donations for a local charity. The workshop was Wagon Builders™, one of our most popular charity workshops ever. Little red wagons get built by team members, who then fill the wagons with helpful items or special treats for kids and families.

15 Wagons Were Built and Filled

Carroll Management GroupThe group from Carroll Management was able to work their way through all the teamwork challenges we put up before them during the workshop event. That meant using their best communication, collaboration, and creative thinking skills to work out problems together.

The group was lively and excited about assembling the wagons, while having fun with the series of team building activities we had put together just for them:

  • Have You Ever
  • Air Numbers
  • 30 Second Commercial
  • Assembling of Wagons

Only after successfully completing those challenges we placed before them are they able to begin work on why they really showed up for the event: build donations and give back!

They completed those in fine form as well, making this a great workshop.

Charity: The Ronald McDonald House of Atlanta

15 multi-colored wagons were given to a worthy charity: The Ronald McDonald House of Atlanta. In case you aren’t familiar with the national network of Ronald McDonald houses, they serve as temporary lodging for families who must travel to and stay in a far-away city  in order for a child to receive medical attention they need.

Since this charity serves kids (and families) who are facing tough times and a considerable amount of stress, the wagons full of treats are always a welcome surprise for the people who receive them.

A Fitting Charity for Carroll Management

Carroll Management has fingers in many areas of business, and one of them is construction management. They oversee not only construction but also renovation of multifamily properties, among other types of housing.

So it’s very fitting that they are helping ease the process of living away from home while receiving medical care.

We all know that home is just about the best place to be… but when you can’t be there it’s nice to know there are people in the community who understand what you’re going through. Thanks, Carroll Management and Ronald McDonald House, for making the Atlanta community that much stronger!
