Executive Presence Appearance, Stature, and Posture: Learn to communicate effectively with Magnovo’s Tips Tuesdays series

Stature is everything!If we stand with a slouch when we are talking people are not going to give us the credibility we deserve. When we’re standing straight up, gesturing and making good eye contact those are essential to making an executive presence.

It’s very important to understand that when we shake someone’s hand, look them in the eye and have good posture we give the impression that we are set apart as an executive, not someone who is ‘just there’.

Too many times we just don’t think about these simple things:

How good is my posture?

Am I speaking with clarity in my communication?

How important is it that I present myself in a very confident manner?
