The Ann Arbor Dentist group asked Magnovo Training Group to assist them with a custom Team Building Event that would reenforce their morning training on growing their team through The Kolbe System™. This system helps people understand their own and each other’s instinctive strengths, and then provides actionable advice on productivity, hiring, organizational performance, and more. Ann Arbor Dentist Group has been utilizing this system, but wanted to draw on Magnovo’s expertise and elevate the way their team learns from it.

After engaging in a fun and laughter-filled session, the team then built stuffed animals as a part of Magnovo’s Rescue Buddies Workshop that were donated to The Safehouse Center, an organization that provides safety, advocacy, and resources for survivors of sexual assault and their children. The Center’s goal is to help end domestic violence & sexual assault in Washtenaw County. After a more intense, deep dive into their team’s functionality, it was a nice reprieve for Ann Arbor Dentist Group to end with a feel-good activity that benefited their local community.
