Salesforce Hosts a Charity Team Building Workshop
We joined Salesforce at its company offices for a Bike-A-Thon™ to benefit the kids at the local Union League Boys and Girls Club. The company had done the same workshop for this charity once before with us, and everyone was very excited to do it again. It might have been a cold day in Chicago but the warmth and friendliness of this group was no match for the weather.
The Interns from Blue Cross Blue Shield Make a Difference in Chicago, IL
This was a Bike-a-Thon Charity workshop we staged for a group of 45 recent college graduates who were interning for Blue Cross Blue Shield in Chicago, IL. We’d done a similar workshop with Blue Cross Blue Shield the year before, so we had a decent idea of what to expect before the actual activities started. And although last year’s workshop was very successful, we felt that this year’s was a substantial improvement. This is what happens when you combine hard work, preparation, and clients who are willing to learn.
Crowe Howarth Selects Their Interns at our Bike-A-Thon in Chicago, IL
The Bike-a-Thon we staged at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago, IL was a massive and ambitious venture. There were 290 college students from all over the country in attendance, each of them vying for a coveted internship with Crowe Howarth under the watchful eyes of the accounting giant’s management team. With our facilitators guiding them every step of the way, the interns spent the day learning teamwork skills and assembling 50 bicycles to donate to the Chicago Youth Program Headquarters.
There’s no other word for it: the “awesomeness” of this city’s culture inspires us every day with each and every Chicago team building event we hold. From Wrigley’s Field to the architectural wonders of this great town, to the boisterous sports culture and hundreds of culinary delights to be found, we know Chicagoans love to have a good time.
