Bike-A-Thon™ Gets the TMNA Treatment in Philly

Sometimes we get requests for a workshop where the client wants everything a special way. TMNA was one of those. Like Burger King, we aim to please by offering it your way!

TMNA TMNA has headquarters in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, so we met them in Philadelphia, where we regularly hold charity team building workshops as well as leadership training. It’s not unusual for our clients to have goals – in fact we encourage it! TMNA took the cake, however, and came with not just a list of goals, but also some pretty good ideas on how to achieve them.

Our Workshops are Always Customizable

Sometimes our clients want a complete turnkey operation where all they do is book a workshop and show up. Other times, our clients want a hand in the operation. Either way, we’re happy to accommodate any formula that works for the group.

Every team has its own goals, and every one of our workshops can be worked around those goals. We also take into account your company culture, as well as the individual strengths and weaknesses of each participant.

That last part happen on the fly. Our highly professional and experienced workshop facilitators observe everyone and make small adjustments to the program as needed.

Bike-A-Thon™ at the National Liberty Museum!

Located in the heart of historic Philadelphia, the National Liberty Museum is perhaps one of the most unusual and wonderful places we’ve held a charity workshop.

You might be wondering how we snagged this amazing location for the TMNA event? It wasn’t us – it was TMNA, who happens to provide the insurance for the museum. We were definitely grateful for such an inspiring locale for this workshop.

After all, the workshop space is vital to success, in our experience. Of course, our facilitators have years of experience in making any space work, no matter what. But when you’re in a special and significant location like the National Liberty Museum, you can’t help but be your best self and work hard.

Kids From the Boys and Girls Club Showed Up

Maybe the kids were excited to visit the museum too, but they were super punctual in showing up. All part of the Boys and Girls Club, they arrived with their leader, a rep from the Club, who turned out to be just wonderful to work with.

From the great location to the wonderful participants from TMNA, to the delightful kids who came to receive their bicycles, this is one Bike-A-Thon™ we won’t soon forget!
