These next few weeks we will talk about DiSC.DiSC is a measuring tool for personalities. It’s how we look and react to things in life. It influences our leadership, relationships and anything that has to do with communicating with other people!

So we will talk about the different styles, their individual characteristics as well as their strengths and what they bring to a team. We will talk about a couple of weaknesses and give some tips to overcome those.
